There’s nothing better than a delicious bagel and a hot cup of coffee on Sunday morning (or any morning for that matter). But, when you’re trying to lose weight or make healthier choices, bagels aren’t the best option. I found various versions of this recipe online and thought I would give it a try.
There is a slight tang because of the yogurt and I probably could have left them in a the oven a little longer but overall I thought they were good!
This recipe makes 4 bagels.
